About Us
Everything Matters
Colleen Sorbello Breast Cancer Foundation DBA PINK CLOVER is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization charitable ID# 47-4415194 and has earned the GuideStar Gold Seal of Transparency. Our core mission is to assist women who are struggling while battling breast cancer. Currently 1 in 8 women in the us will develop breast cancer.

Pink Clover was formed by friends and family after Colleen’s passing, and remains focused on 3 key fundamentals. Research, Education, and Comfort.
Research
Our fundraising efforts have enabled Pink Clover to assist the Colleen Sorbello Research Laboratory at the University of New Haven. In 2021, the laboratory had recent discoveries published that may shed light on a possible link between breast cancer and lyme disease.
In addition, Pink Clover has raised and continues to raise money in support of the Abramson Cancer Center at Penn Medicine in Philadelphia for prevention trials that focus on breast cancer recurrence
Education
Our Lecture Series is our community outreach program that connects us with residents of the South Jersey area. The various seminars cover breast cancer related topics, including information about detection, treatment, support programs, guidance on insurance assistance, and much more. The seminars are informal and free to the public. Our keynote speakers are medical professionals provided by our partners from Inspira Health Network and AtlantiCare
Comfort
Along with providing financial grants to our recipients, we continually offer moral, spiritual, and social support. Also, with the help of our hospital partners like Penn Medicine, Inspira Health Network, and AtlantiCare, we donate bags of goodies to women while they are receiving their treatment, while providing financial help with life’s essential expenses.
Frequently Asked Questions

How much of the money raised goes toward helping women?
To do what we do, there are certain expenses we incur. Insurances, legal fees, domain for website, and costs related to facilities for the events. No one at Pink Clover is compensated. Our board of Trustees volunteer their time as does our chairman. So after basic reoccurring expenses, all the money goes to helping women who need the help, with the largest focus on the comfort piece.
I want to help / volunteer. How do I do that?
We run events throughout the year, and we learned early on two important things? We can’t do what we do without help, and everyone is good at something. Visit out website www.pinkcloverfoundation.org, contact us through Facebook or Instagram, or simply email any of us.
Can I create my own fundraiser with my team for the charity?
Definitely!!, Scouts, schools, clubs, and more have successfully raised money for the cause. We supply the logos, guidelines, and other marketing materials if necessary. We are also sure to recognize what you’ve accomplished through media, website, and letters if needed for college apps. Everything Matters. We’ve accomplished a lot from the many little things others have done.
What is BASTAZO?
BASTAZO (bear one another’s burden) is a store in Ocean City NJ structured much like us with a focus on assisting families burdened with cancer. All volunteer, and run by Cyndi Sorbello. It is completely non-profit, all of the net proceeds go toward helping others.
