Education Series

It is  said that, “We Don’t Know What We Don’t Know”. That’s why we made education an important part of our mission.

Our Education Series Seminars are informal gatherings in various communities of Southern New Jersey. They present an opportunity to speak with individuals on both sides of the battle against breast cancer, with a healthcare professional as the presenter at the seminar, or other women in attendance that open up about their own breast cancer journey. The seminars include guest speakers such as breast cancer oncologists, breast cancer surgeons, nurse practitioners and\or nurse navigators who offer insight into breast cancer facts, breast cancer screening locations, health insurance advocacy, breast cancer treatment options, spiritual support, and additional information pertaining to wigs and bras, and other advocacy matters. Speak to others, ask questions, or just listen. These seminars are open to the public and free to attend. Supporting our cause, complimentary coffee, beverages, and breakfast items are provided by local business sponsors at these seminars.
